An excellent hotel, perfectly comfortable and in a good spot. Decent size of room and despite centrality noce and quiet. The breakfast was very good, I don't normally bother with hotel free breakfast but this was superb with a high level of attnetion from the staff. Decent size of pool.

Fabulous place the rooms are large have everything you could need . Decent size balcony of which u could sit outside and watch the comings and goings of phnom phen. The local markets are right outside so if u want street food it’s all there. Local bars and restaurants are only minutes away, great view of the Mekong river. On Saturday and Sunday they shut off the streets for all locals tourists to sample there delights. They have a stage set up for live music, wud recommend booking around the weekend. I have thoroughly enjoyed this area and would recommend to family and friends its value for money. We also loved their breakfast, they change the dishes everyday great variety. Staff were exceptional and easy to communicate with fantastic stay.

The hotel reception manager Mr Both was very good at his job. He has excellent communication, and people skills. It is clear that he puts a lot of effort into explaining and teaching and training the other staff, when they do not know the right thing to do. We stayed here with a family and booked 2 rooms. Your Employee Mr Both saved your staff from making disrespectful mistakes. I do hope that you appreciate him. He is truly leadership material. The hotel would struggle without him. Also the woman who does the breakfast is excellent. She is a superstar.

Location was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere. The small gym is actually on the top floor surrounded by glass walls so you can look out on the city (and bar and pool!) while you work out. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. Breakfast buffet opened at 7:00am -- it was excellent with Western and Asian options.

The gym and pool facilities were fantastic! Me and my partner used them every single morning before breakfast. The gym had great equipment and was always very clean. The rooms were spotless and cleaned for us every day. Breakfast was the best we’ve had from a hotel so far on a travels, special mention about the pastries (my partner loved them!). All staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. We ate at the roof bar a few times for lunch/dinner, food was delicious and so reasonably priced.

I wanted to extend my stay with a day - No problem, it got done immediately. The staff at breakfast remembered my favourite choice within a day, and deliverd it to my table with a smile. The bellboys fall over themselves to help you with anything, bags, umbrellas, the lot.... The staff manning the pool reception and Melody bar, is above reproach.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room clean and comfortable. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great with fantastic views. We took advantage of the buy 2 get one free cocktails and had dinner both nights by the pool. Breakfast is held at the rooftop and quite good. It is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, the riverfront is close by.

This was a great hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room which was clean and very clean and had a little balcony. Had a few issues with drain in shower not working but even though it took them a couple of times to fix they were on the job immediately. Loved the breakfast. Be aware being next door to the market it can be a bit noisy but if you don't mind that it's a great location. Staff were friendly the males more so than the women but overall a good hotel.

We arrived at this hotel. You have to pay $50 upfront in case of any damages. The hotel room was lovely and spacious. Nice walk-in shower. We were on the 9th floor, great views of the city & river. Fantastic location. The bed was massive and super comfy. Don't put any clothing on the balcony to dry as you get told off. The breakfast is nice, and there is plenty of choice, especially the fruit and pastries. Loads of Tuk Tuk drivers outside, ready to take you, exploring. Would highly recommend this hotel.
